It is all too easy to write someone off when you don’t know their name and you don’t care to know their story, even easier when you do the work of creating a story that’s easy to hate on. Take the time to consider if it was your mother or father, your child or grandchild in the position you are casting doubt on? Would you lend a hand? Or would you be as malignant?
It is not lost on me that we exist in a time and space where nothing is known for sure and nearly nothing can be trust upon. Where do you turn when you don’t know what to think? Who do you trust when everyone seems wrong? Where do you put your faith?
